New openings in Baytown

The City of Baytown has issued 684 commercial permits since January 2025: 59 for new construction and 137 certificates of occupancy — the paperwork a business needs before it can open its doors — plus remodels, signs and roofs. Each line below names the business or project on the permit, its address and the month, and links the city's own report; a permit is a sign that something is coming, not proof that it opened, so listings made from permits alone are marked for review.
