Opening in stages at I-10 and Garth Rd. Ross held its grand opening here on October 9, 2026, the first business on the site since December 2019. More stores are scheduled to open this year.
Burlington's own store page says it opens October 30, 2026. The developer names Sam's Club, HomeGoods, Burlington, Havertys, Barnes & Noble, Five Below, Ross, Dick's, Men's Wearhouse, EoS Fitness, Texas Roadhouse, Bubba's 33, Aspen Dental, Einstein Bros., Potbelly, Pluckers and BoomerJack's. The site is the former San Jacinto Mall, which opened in 1981.
