Republic of Texas Plaza and the older north side.
Wooster was its own place before the merger stories got simplified. Republic of Texas Plaza is the reason to go looking. Heart and Whisk on North Main is the reason to stay for coffee. The rest is residential, which is the point — a city guide should admit that most of Baytown is houses, not attractions.
